Item ideas:

Pisswasser Beer ~ 25 Ecash at 24/7. Makes you drunk and heals 20%
Bag of Weed ~ Can be bought from a future job or as an addition to criminal/prostitute.
Bag of Cocaine ~ Can be bought from a future job or as an addition to criminal/prostitute.
Bag of Meth ~ Can be bought from a future job or as an addition to criminal/prostitute.
Medicine ~ Can be bought from a Paramedic. Cures diseases.
Bottle of Water ~ 5 Ecash at 24/7. Heals 20% and restores stamina.
Body Armor ~ Can be bought from Ammu-nation for 50 Ecash. Will have a cooldown on using again. (2 minutes)
Poison ~ Can be bought from the Mafia contractor for 250 Ecash. Administer this poison to a player and they will lose 10% of health every minute until cured by a paramedic or death.
Lockpick ~ Used to escape cuffs. Maybe useful in the future for house burglary. 5 Ecash from Mafia contractor.
Cyanide ~ Used for suicide. 50 Ecash from Mafia contractor.
BST(Bullshark Testosterone) ~ When Using BST, your damage and health will be doubled. This effect will last for 1 minute. Afterwards you will die. Can be bought from a future job or as an addition to criminal/prostitute.
Engine Oil ~ Can be bought from a mechanic. (IF mileage is added) Oil will be needed to keep vehicles running. Vehicles need Oil once per 2000 miles. I havent decided on what will happen if a vehicle runs out of oil, either break down MUCH faster than usual (IF vehicles breaking down is added) or just stop the car instantly when it runs out of oil(like fuel does)

New feature: Overdosing
When using too many drugs and/or drinking too much alcohol, the player will fall to the ground. You will be stuck on the ground for 10 minutes, only being able to be healed by a Paramedic. If the 10 minutes run out, you have a 50% chance of recovering/dying.

Fast food:
Fast food, purchaseable from various fast food/drive through locations on the map. Fast food gives quick health, but lowers your stamina significantly. Stamina will regenerate when you drink either water, or just dont eat fast food for some time.

Pizza ~ 10 Ecash. Heals 55% HP, decreases stamina by 12%
Fried Chicken ~ 5 Ecash. Heals 40% HP, decreases stamina by 10%
Hamburger ~ 5 Ecash. Heals 30%HP, decreases stamina by 7%
Fries ~ 5 Ecash. Heals 20% HP, decreases stamina by 5%
